“I love the staff here at PetVet 365. I was first introduced to them last year after my dog Lucy suffered a back injury. Lucy became a patient here for physical therapy. April was purely amazing. Her compassion not only to Lucy but to my family in such a difficult time was beyond words. Sadly, Lucy passed away a short time later from complications from the back injury. April and the whole staff had a sympathy card to my family the next day, and we had only been there 2 times.My family and I got our new baby, Bella, this past week. Instantly we thought "PetVet" for her new doctor. We made our appointment, and they got her in there quickly to assess her. Since Bella was a rescue from a shelter, they took time to go over the history the shelter provided, and listen to my concerns, about what I had observed from her. We were never rushed, and Dr. Day-Smith listened to all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The staff here is a class act, and they take great care of their patients, and the parents.”

“We had the best experience 10 days ago when we adopted Zachary from the KY Humane Society East Campus. We went in just to see who was available. The facility is very clean and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the available adoptees. Very kind and friendly people! Kelli was our awesome adoption counselor and when we told her what we were looking for in a pet, she immediately knew Zachary (who is now named Zachary Binx and affectionately called "Binx" most of the time) was the one for us. She was so excited and told us all about him. We spent some time in the visiting room with him and fell in love. It was the end of the day so we couldn't adopt him, but we were back the next morning and couldn't wait to take him home. He is the perfect pup! Thank you so much for rescuing him so that he could rescue us. Binx is living his best life and loves the park, car rides, his toys, and of course, pup cups!”
“So far, has been a 100% improvement over other vets ive been to. No rediculous requests or unnecessary signature release stuff. (Shively said if i dont give them permission to photograph and use said photos of my pet, they wouldnt see my pet. We dont go there anymore)”

Dr. Brown and her entire staff go above and beyond the call and are wonderful with all of my cats-even those whom other vets couldn’t work with without drugging. “Very thorough, kind and professional.I’ve been taking my cat there for 3 years.The techs are all friendly and patient and Dr Connelly is really good about explaining procedures and allows plenty of time for questions.I can not thank them enough for their help in taking my very sick girl early this morning with no appointment. I just showed up after leaving a voicemail.They were so compassionate!I was a nervous wreck and they took great care of her.The prices are about mid range. I think it is worth it for good care.”

“Was having problems with one of my Chihuahuas, met these fine people at a dog show and they did two laser therapies on him. The difference was night and day on his inflammation. I would highly recommend this treatment and this facility.”

“My family used Shively Animal Hospital for years, hated that place! Always a Long wait, Dr MaryJane Fush and the rest of her staff being rude as humanly possible. Absolutely ZERO compassion for the animals. THANK GOD I found Bannon Woods Veterinarian Hospital!!! Every member of their staff, from the receptionist to the Vet's themselves were very informative and friendly. Even without an appointment, these wonderful people were able to see both my dogs and the prices were better than Shively Animal Hospital also. Better service, Better Care, I'm Never going back to Shively ever again! Bannon Woods has earned my services from this day forward! Just make sure you make an appointment first. I'll remember that myself next time. I am highly grateful for them taking me anyways, they could have scheduled me an appointment and sent me on my way, but they didn't. And with the office visit, shots and vaccines for both dogs and even flea treatments and testing, I was in and out in under an hour and less than $450. (Again, remember that is for 2 dogs)”

“Took one of my older cats in. LOVE the fact that there are separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats. Dr Meyer and her staff were wonderful, and patiently listened to my concerns about the skin condition. Dr. Meyer explained what was going on, and the options for treatment, and we worked out a plan together. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend Dr Meyer and her clinic.”

“Unfortunately, late in the evening on December 26th it became obvious that we needed to take our cat to the vet. It was 11:00 at night and there were very few options so we chose this place. The receptionist was friendly and understanding and the vet, although not the most talkative of individuals, was up-front and honest about our cat's condition. We had known for quite some time that she was near the end and that was the decision that we made. When the time came, the vet was gentle with her and she passed peacefully.”
“Met with Dr. Campbell and his staff today for my english bulldog Sammy. Sammy has lymphoma cancer, Dr. Campbell got right on top of things, put together a plan-of-action, and started treating Sammy right away. Dr. Campbell and his staff took their time, they didn't rush me, and they answered all my questions. I'm so glad I came here, Dr. Campbell is VERY smart, he and his staff made me feel a lot better about the situation when I left.
