My husband and I drove an hour and twenty minutes to meet with Bob Devault for a scheduled appointment for retirement planning. He didn't remember to come and I never even got a call back with an apology. The person in the office was there and was aware of what happened. We did change our scheduled time, but the office staff said it was all set. I called several times to confirm since the distance is so far. No return calls for our voicemails either. That's nearly three hours of our time, sorry but that's unacceptable. We decided to call someone who cares.

Dennis Fossett has been doing my father's taxes for over 20 years without incident. This is the first year of returns since he joined DeVault and what a nightmare! Absolutely, no communication, no follow-up, and if I had not called on tax due date (April 15th), we would have never have known that they were filing an extension for my father's return. He owes money and we need to send that in...when were they ever going to communicate that with us? We dropped off his paperwork
