Michael!!! I may not have used this location as they were fully booked. (No surprise with the customer service I experienced they deserve to be busy) I digress in my down point of having my car broken into he referred me to another place that was able to squeeze me in with his rec! My next broken into window (knock on wood that doesn’t happen) will be going to him and this company hands down strictly because of his customer service!

Had my truck broken into at an FCC game. Initially I called Safelite to get a quote but then remembered… “if it breaks or cracks…call Jack’s.” My first time using them for auto repair but I wanted to support local business. Really happy with the quality of the repair, and they got me taken care of within 2 days of calling them. Thanks friends!

My wife had a rock from a truck crack her windshield. Called Jack's Glass and they were able to get her in 2 days later! Took just a few hours and she had a brand new windshield! The staff was over the top friendly and professional! We obviously hope we don't have to go back for broken windshields, but if so, will definitely go back to Jack's!!! They were amazing!

I had a very bad experience with Jack's Glass in Elsemere, Ky. They installed a windshield in my 2005 Dodge Neon Srt-4 and within two days it was leaking rain water into the driver's side A-pillar. I took the car back to them and the technician informed me that there was some rust on the windshield frame and that's why it was leaking. He removed the driver's side A-Pillar and applied sealant to the windshield from inside of the car. Anyone with any common knowledge knows that this is a big no no and will just divert the water. I drove the car home and it broke down a couple days later. It was down for repairs for almost a year. Once I was able to drive my car again I found that rain water was still leaking into my car. This time it was from both sides. I contacted Jack's Glass about the issue and asked about a warranty. Keep in mind that I paid out of pocket, this was not an insurance claim. I was informed that there was no warranty. I was also informed that pictures of the rust under the windshield had been taken and shown to me and that they keep very detailed records. I was never shown any pictures because there aren't any. I scheduled an appointment to have the windshield replaced once more by Jack's Glass, which I canceled after deciding to replace the windshield myself. I removed the windshield without damaging it. Can you guess what I found??? No rust whatsoever. I cleaned off the old sealant, applied a new bead of polyurethane and placed the windshield back into place. I allowed the sealant to cure for 24 hrs. It's now been raining for days and there is no longer any water leaking into my car. I cannot believe that I was lied to and treated this way by what is supposed to be a well known, reputable and trusted business. I installed a windshield better than the professionals lol? Really? I advise anyone needing a windshield replacement to look elsewhere, as the quality of work at Jack's Glass is not acceptable. Thank you and I hope this review helps someone.

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else but Jack's Glass. Michael and the entire team are professional, courteous and the attention to detail is second to none! We have utilized their glass services many times through the years. Keep up the good work!

They affordably custom cut a glass shelf for a curio-style cabinet for me using an existing shelf as a template. Good company. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for 80 years.
