I took my truck here based on references from the Erlanger Elsmere Community Group on FB. I had something vibrating underneath that was driving me crazy, and the week before I had AC Off light and engine light, but had both gone off before going to them today.
After getting my truck was up on the lift (I was standing at the garage door watching) the mechanic looked and found it was a broken metal band holding a heatshild on the exhaust. He replaced it with a new one . It was honestly less than 5 minutes.
He then showed me on the code reader the issue I had was a thermostat and they would write me up an estimate.
I walked around to the office. I had to.stand outside because the office is small and the cigarette smoke was so thick, I personally just couldn't do it.
The estimate was for just under $450 and they told me if I could leave it for a half day they'd get it taken care of for me. I told them I'd have to reschedule.
For the 5 minutes of work and reading the code they charged me $120. Someone has said "skilled labor is not cheap, and cheap labor is not skilled". I get it, but that seems excessive. I later found out I could have taken it to O'Reilly's and they would have read the code for FREE. I will not be using them in the future and I wouldn't recommend them.

Very pricy. I needed a water pump and right rear hub replaced and they wanted a couple thousand dollars. Ended up taking my car somewhere else and they did it for a much more reasonable price around $600. I did pay for diagnostics, and that was also a little steep at over $200. Giving 4 stars though because I could tell they knew what they were doing, just expensive.

Fixed the problem, but exceeded the estimate considerably with no explanation. Car was there for over a week. Happy it's fixed, but not happy with time and cost. Gave the rating for fixing it!
