Spoke to a lady name “Heather” two days in a row, over the phone. Twice, she told me someone would deliver my missing items to my door and I still don’t have my packages.

Revised review: A scheduled redelivery was not made although I stayed home all day waiting for it. When I called the local office number to check on it, it sounds like they connected it to an old fax machine so they could ignore the ringing more easily. This place is very badly run.

As always we get a notice that our package couldn't be delivered because the driver couldn't gain access to our driveway. We have 2 driveways and a big turn-around. They are just very sad, lazy, incompetent and pathetic as a business.

Had a package today that the USPS driver had in his or her van or truck and did not deliver it to my house or mail box driver left a message that he or she couldn't get to the mail box, this was absurd I just put a new mail box in and it's a big one , also the drive way has no holes in it and there are signs showing the way to the house my driveway is about a mile back in the woods to a LOG HOME NOT THE HOUSE WITH THE DOGS. I need that part yesterday so please get it here Saturday. I sincerely hope this stops out here on valley creek rd my neighbors have also had problems and so have I, in the past so please fix this problem and it's not a small problem eather. If you can't deliver the goods you don't need to be in business.

I have complained about the carrier on my route time and time again and NOTHING has been done about him. I have lost count of how many times he has driven right by my mailbox even though I have had outgoing mail to be picked up. If he has nothing to drop off, he can't be bothered to stop. I have had packages that were "undeliverable" or better yet, "couldn't access address" even though he dropped off the regular mail. I also get the neighbors' mail a lot and just deliver it myself.
Management won't do anything about the situation, and many people in the neighborhood have complained.

It's the worst thing there is. They can never help you when the person who delivers the packages puts them in the wrong place, then you have to sit with your hands crossed. The manager couldn't do anything about it, it's always the same. dilemma. Of course, the package is not theirs, it is mine.and I don't give it fewer stars because there are no buts if not zero,zero

So, I usually when I come to the UPS don't have to ask an employee for anything or go to them to shop something off, but I did this past week. The one older lady I dealt with was very kind and welcoming and helpful. I had forgotten some things and ended up needing to come back the next day and she was understanding. I come back in the next day and the man I end up getting kind of sounded like my being there was a bother, kind of like he didn't want any to be at his job. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. For some reason their system kept giving the wrong address and he kept entering it and it was popping up wrong each time on his end and he was getting low key irritated towards me and I felt that. I'll be going to the post office on the other side of town from on if I can help it.

My Postal carrier for Glencrest Ave is awful! This is the 4TH package in less than a year they’ve put in someone else’s mailbox leaving my kids without AGAIN!!!!! I am so sick of this! Can my currier do their jobs right???? Or they’re just that incompetent??
