My boyfriend got me a promise ring and I want there once to get it size picked it up 6 weeks and it was the wrong size took it back to get it sized again and got it back after a month and my ring still doesn’t fit very upset

When issued a gift card, there shouldn’t be an expiration date, I couldn’t use my remaining balance, really upset about it, if my bracelet was cracked when it was suppose to have gotten fixed, there wouldn’t of been an issue. I guess you live n learn!

Had a ring sent off June 27th soo it could be remade at the time they told me it would only take about 6 to 8 weeks for me to get it back and here it is oct 18th and I still have not received my ring. I’m very disappointed and very unhappy with this service. I know it is a higher up issue and not within the store but it is still very upsetting that I’m having to wait soo long to get it back. I will not be purchasing another ring from this style again! I will say that the ladies in the store itself are very friendly and helpful .

Just received 2 watches from my kiddo and his dad. I was advised my son and his dad were made to feel really welcome! The ladies were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful suprise and great to hear it was an experience my kiddo enjoyed as well! Thank you guys!!

I went here to get my rings resized and was told "if I were you, I would go to Zales". We bought the rings through Kay's. I said I don't care about the charge. They both just stood there looking lost. I turned and walked out. They either didn't want to work or the company doesn't need customers. The store was EMPTY. Great business ethics.

My boyfriend and I stopped by the other day while we were browsing the Black Friday sales at the mall. Anthony helped us look at engagement rings. He was so kind and friendly and very eager to help. I recommend him to anyone interested in buying.
