Bad customer service. Last month, their site crashed during an auction. Took several weeks to get a refund for an item they relisted. During the new auction, their site glitched again, causing me to miss out on that item again. I emailed them that their site messed up and needed set up better. In the mean time, I get an email from them that I had changed my password, when I had not. In their response, they tell me I needed to be on wifi (which I was). Told them future bids were not an issue as I wanted to close my account after I picked up my paid items. They told me not to pick them up, blocked me from their site and threatened me with police if I showed up to pick up my paid items. They finally provided refund proof. All because I was concerned about scams and ID theft when their site glitches again and is sending me emails about account changes I didnt authorize.
