Just got home from my first VIP ticketed sale….and WOW! Was in and out faster than I’ve ever been! Inventory was packed and they’ve implemented a new system where you can “pre check out” your items as you shop. 8 months pregnant and lugging around that full bag….that SAVED ME lol. Made checkout faster too!

I had never been to one of these before and after seeing the pictures thought I’d go check it out. I purchased quite a bit. Mostly smaller items, and then 3 big items. The big items all have a tag attached to them, with three sections to fill out on the top half (name, phone number and time) then you tear the bottom half off with the barcode and matching item number to take, then go to checkout and pay. I went Thursday (march 18, 2021) and had bought clothes and everything. The only problem I had with them is that some of the clothes I had bought were labeled wrong. I bought specifically 2t for my child and now that we went through it all I'm highly disappointed. Some of the clothes were 3t-4t and some were 18 months. We had bought a birthday outfit that we no longer can use because it's 18 months. They need to label the clothes correctly. edit: and before anyone says "you should have checked it before you bought it" we were just going by what was labeled and what we thought were cute. didn't think we had to go through every little item and read the clothes tags. plus it was packed (took an hour and a half to get through the check out line)

I’m a first time mom, so this was my first consignment sale to partake in. Initially I thought the $15 access fee was a bit steep, but then I realized all the technology that gave me access to as part of the sale. Ease of inventory management, tags that generate themselves, daily reports to show you what items you have sold and at what rate (full price vs discount on last day if you choose to).

The selection is getting worse and worse. I have been going for many years but the last few has been declining rapidly. This last one was so bad. Very limited selection. Clothes they allowed in were very worn, faded and had holes. They use to have a strict policy on items but I haven't seen that kind of care in the last few. I hope things change and they get better at sorting their items because I do enjoy going I'm just always left disappointed.
