Just moved to the area from Florida and needed a new salon. Not this location. One female staff was absolutely rude because I told her how I wanted my real nails done the same as I’ve had for over 20 yrs. She said she didn’t have time for this and told me to leave. Very poor customer service.

can you imagine that I have been there for years and years. They knew I am Deaf. This short lady is very disrespect for Deaf people. She kept talking talking and not willing to write down and communicate with me at all. they asked someone to speak to me. DUH I am Deaf! They knew me for years. Really disrespect and disgusting!! I walked away and will never ever ever come back to this store! I’m tired being treated like I am d**** not appreciate at all.Service: Acrylic nails

I never have a issue getting my nails done here. Always have a good experience. But I went and got my nails ONLY a week and 3 days ago (this was a few months back) and haven't done anything out of the ordinary that I usually do and 3 of my nails have chipped badly and coming completely off after only one week and 3 days. I'm not happy about it. They are completely lifting off. It shouldn't be that easy. And with the cost of these it is really upsetting. But for some reason it doesn't give me the option to post photos otherwise I would.Service: Dip powder

I actually was pleasantly surprised. I went in for some self care time and haven't been to Danville for any nail services in years. I got a natural pedicure and it was nice and relaxing, I went on a Sunday around 3pm.

Went to get nails done and their website claims to close at 5pm. Arrived at 4pm and they were closed. Very poor advertisement for a business.. either change your hours of operation or stay open when say you’re open. Wouldn’t recommendService: Acrylic nails
