We've been trying to get anyone at Rotech to call us back regarding my mom's CPAP machine for weeks. Even our doctor's office has tried to reach out and no one answers the phone and no one is returning voicemail messages. I recommend that you seek out another CPAP provider if given the choice.

This is absolutely the worse company to deal with. My cpap machine is not working and I have left several messages to get a return call. They have not returned any calls. I will be reporting them to BBB and my health insurance co.

Worst Healthcare business I have ever seen,Will not return calls,have you wait around all day for your delivery and then does not show up.Each person puts blame on someone else.Would never recommend this company for supplies.Its a shame you have to give one star ,they do not deserve it.

My experiences with Rotech began very positively. My supplies were either auto sent to me, or they were sent when I actually ordered them in a prompt manner. As things have progressed in my customer relationship with Rotech, things have gone down hill pretty quickly. Each time I order via email, it takes longer and longer to even get a response. This time, I contacted Rotech on 9/11 for my order, and I did not even receive my first response until 9/22. 11 days to respond?? What other healthcare business takes 11 days to even acknowledge a patient's contact in attempts to order supplies? I am not sure if there are workers who work at home who are just not doing their jobs, not enough workers period, or just a poorly run business. I will be working with my sleep doctor to get my supply company switched because at this stage, due to such slow response and what comes across as just simply apathy, I am forced to use supplies that are far past recommended usage dates. Sad to see such a positive initial relationship deteriorate into such a poor one. From the other reviews I have just read, I would expect that Rotech (at least in NKY) will not be in business much longer because people will only take so much apathy from a business then they will take their healthcare dollars elsewhere.

I've tried several times to get ahold of this place to order oxygen tanks for my dad. No one EVER answers the phone nor does the answering service work to leave a message.

My wife has needed info about her CPAP order, they've only called us back once out of the dozen times we have tried to call them regarding different questions. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

Worst business ever!!!! You can call them, they never answer, it goes straight to voicemail. You can leave a message, but they never return your call, but by God they don’t forget to send you a bill. I thinking about taking my oxygen tanks back to their office and leaving!!!!!
