I brought back an expensive item and basically was just overlooked and surely not satisfied when I left. I didn't want a refund. I simply wanted to exchange the item but instead I had to contact the company whom sold the product myself. This is why I was kindly upset . I wanted the item that day now I'm waiting 2weeks for the whole thing to be resolved when I could have simply exchanged it ....
