Just to piggyback off what my mom said, Shirley Bingham below.... the first woman that did my pedicure never spoke 1 single word, not even hi, what color do you want, bye someone else will be doing the polish NOTHING!! then the next one that painted my toes took me to a chair for what was supposed to be my dip mani, soaked my nails while she took her regular while I sat staring at the wall while they talked.... finally I got really aggravated that we were there for 2 1/2 hours, told her to take my polish off so I could leave as we were meeting family for dinner. She says, it will only take 20 more minutes, I said I've been here long enough, with an APPOINTMENT at 2:30. So I had to go to the store to buy nail polish AFTER dinner because I didn't have time before, and wouldn't you know, I BROKE a freaking nail in the mean time because they didn't have any polish! Now I was mad! So rude, so uncalled for. How do you let us make an appointment then take all your regulars and work on us in between??? Then you have the nerve to walk out because you are hungry and not even say bye, thank you, kiss my azz, nothing just leave, and wonder why we won't stay to finish with manicures???? This place needs new management! IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN OR YOU AREN'T A REGULAR, DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

If you're from out of town. Don't go there. They put all the locals in front if you. Had an appointment for 2 of us at 2:30, for mani and pedi, got there at 2:20, got in chairs for pedi at 3:10, 3:25 started my daughter and finished her by 4:00, started her mani at 4:05.. working on another regular, got her pplish off by 4:40 ..started my pedi at 3:45. The person doing mine left to get something to eat and another person finished mine done at 4:15.. all the time working with incoming customers.. we left at 4:50 without my manicure being started and my daughter without polish.. ?

I went for a full set of gel nails. I’m not sure if they didn’t understand what I was asking for, but all they did was paint them. She put a tip on one which I thought was crazy bc she didn’t put tips on the rest. I’ve never had gel nails, but when my mom did they built her short nails out w the gel so they would all match. They do look pretty painted, but I def didn’t get what I wanted.

I just moved here from Florida so I was in need of a good nail salon. I looked and looked and read a bunch of reviews and they were all very much the same. Some really good some really bad. Well I am thankful to say I found my place!! I am so beyond happy with my nails and the service they provided! Although a long wait, I was impressed how fast they moved everyone! Definitely will be going back!

Kim is the worst, don’t recommend! Myself and my daughter went to have a basic set of French tips (acrylic) nails done and my daughters look amazing which was done by the man who works there and mine was done by Kim?! A few hours after I had mine done they were turning a yellow color (no I don’t smoke, n no I didn’t really touch anything other than my steering wheel driving home.) The next morning i also had one chip off. Went back to have them fixed n was fed with excuses on how bad in shape my nails were to begin with (which my cuticles were looking bad but not my natural nails) n how she’s not sure why they looked like they did n “fixed” them. I’m currently soaking them off because they look so bad ?

If you don't like long waits and being treated very rudely I suggest you don't go thereMy daughter and I went in for acrylics and pedicures and was there from 2:30 to 7:10. We left with a set of acrylics on and she was able to get her toes painted I didn't receive my pedicure due to the long wait. There was literally four people ahead of us when we got there I don't mind to wait but that's ridiculous. I'll never go back they're understaffed there's only two people that work there which are the owners. Clearly they're overworked they should consider closing. And the quality of their work is terrible. Very overpriced.

I went and got my nails done here, and by far my favorite nail place I’ve been to. They are the first nail place that has not made fun of me for being a nail biter and done my nails under an hour and made them look awesome! I definitely will be back!!
