“I believe MCB as a whole has been a fantastic bank when it comes to customer service, and truly do think they deserve 5 stars. The only complaint I could ever give MCB was the phone call I had today, which has made me question the rating. I got a call from a woman named Billy to discuss a problem that I have had in the past and received great feedback from the team, but today I was talked to in such a condescending way by this woman that I almost hung up the phone out of anger. I rarely leave google reviews, but I believe that MCB is a great bank and I would hate for someone to think they have bad customer service solely from one employee. So if you end up talking with Billy, keep in mind that she is by far the rudest person I have personally spoken with at MCB, so you may have better luck calling speaking with someone else.”

“I have been banking with Doe Run FCU since they opened in Brandenburg and it is, by far, the best customer service I've ever had with a bank. Sometimes I go months not going in BUT when I do they greet me by name as I walk through the door. They are the most helpful and nicest tellers I've ever encountered!”
