Brody and Jared were very helpful when I had difficulty with a gift card I had from a Louisville location. They took care of me and got me on my way with a smile. Great experience and my car looks great!

Muddy had to rinse the floor off before I drove out of there with my bike. At least everything works great. I didn't try the free vacuums

Paid for premium wash this past weekend, car was still covered in bugs. The gentleman at the kiosk ask if you need the receipt in a way that suggested not really. Got through wash and front and hood of car was still covered in bugs. Went back to the front kiosk and was told we don't know if you went through today without a receipt.it was the same 2 there when we paid
WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

This question/ comment is about my recent visits. From previous visits I know the wash/soap selection would be hot water. I have noticed the last few months no Hot Water. I feel it is much more effective cleaning with Hot as opposed to Cold. I asked the attendant and he did not no what I should expect. I want to continue going to Speedwash if I feel l will get the service I have had in the past. Thank you for your response

The Scottsville Rd location is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable car wash team out there. If you are like me committing to a monthly car wash plan can be stressful. Luckily a kind young man by the name of Brett was able to walk me through all the wash options and find the one that best suits my family and I. Thank you Speedwash USA for letting me know I made the right choice to use your establishment every time I pull up!

I use this car wash regularly and will not go anywhere else. The entire staff is so nice and helpful. My car is super clean after going through the wash. Even on super cold days the staff seems happy to assist.
