I was reading the reviews and I have absolutely no idea who they were dealing with, but I when i dealt with slim he was amazing. I needed help and he absolutely didn't hesitate to help. He towed my truck to the mechanic asap, since the mechanic said if I got it and part there within an hour they would fix it and slim didn't hesitate. He got it done, He was so nice his driver was courteous polite and they took care of everything right away. They were amazing I don't know what we would have done without their help. He showed my grandbabies what true kindness is. I would recommend his company and if I ever need a tow again he's the only one I would call and if you need him I absolutely recommend Fountains Square Towing

They towed my car at my OWN apartment complex while my parking pass was visible inside my car and made me pay $185, which included a credit card fee because what college student carries $175 cash on them at all times?? I showed them a picture of my visible parking pass in my car when I went to pick it up and they refused to work with me and lower the price. This place needs to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! I parked my car at the muse and ate my food inside with a muse resident and when I went back outside to my car they were about to tow it, and since I was there with my keys I thought they couldn’t do anything. Instead the man smoking a cigarette in my face told me he had to charge me $120 to leave me be. My previous residence had fired this company for towing cars that didn’t deserve to be towed. They were unwilling to work with me, not considering I was there, nor the fact I was in and out. They are rude, money hungry, and deserve to be shut down.

If I could, I would leave them zero stars. I am maintenance supervisor at the Enclave apartment. I had these people to clear out my parking lot when I was having parking lot work done pacifically told them not to toe this certain car because she was on her way down and they still put it on the wrecker. These people are out for their selves. They do not work good with the people that call them to do the job, they are very unprofessional. I would recommend nobody to use these people for any Chyna work or business work.

I parked under a sign that read “no overnight parking” at park row apartments in downtown BG. I have delivered groceries to my mother’s apartment complex every Friday for over 8 years without any issues. Within 10 minutes my car was hooked to a tow truck. When I asked them why they were towing my car, they showed me a different sign (not anywhere near the parking lot of the apartments). The driver stated they have a new contract with the city & would not unhook my car unless I paid them $110.00This was an empty parking lot at 10am in the morning. Total scam!!

This place is scam. A fraud. They are rude. They creepily wait in the parking lot stalking college students waiting for them to park in wrong spots. And will hook your car if you leave for literally 2 minutes. Then forcing you to pay a 110$ fine charging extra if you use a card. Another scam tactic to claim more money from college students. They make their living off scamming college students. And you can't dispute anything with them because they lie! Blatant lying. And the owner a guy they don't even call a real name, they call him ''Slim" has a "spotty" schedule and you cant even talk to them. They take your car and force you to pay 200$+ with NO WARNING OR TICKET! they just take it leave you stranded. AND DONT EVEN NOTIFY THE APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT THEY TOOK YOUR CAR! They are even hiding their real name claiming to be southside towing but stalk students in parking lots late at night looking for a victim to scam hiding in truck claiming to be "Fountain Square Towing company" they have two alias's. This place needs to be investigated immediately because they are running a scam claiming to have authority to take young college students cars for no valid reason.More on the creepily waiting in the parking lot. The day of football games they sit in the registry parking lot watching for people who park at the registry to go to the football game. A friend asked a man just waiting in a truck watching to tow someone. "How do you know if someone is genuinely parking in a visitor spot or parking to go to the football game" the man replies "we watch the color of their shirts" and "we watch to make sure they go into a apartment or leave to go to the football game." So if you park here as a visitor just know there may be a man hiding in truck watching you to "make sure" you are a visitor. Overall this place preys on college students.

I absolutely cannot believe that downtown businesses have partnered with such a scummy company. They charged us $200!!! for our car to get towed not even a mile away.The towing of our car we understand, although very unhappy about it given it was in a downtown spot that we've parked in for years. But as soon as our car got towed (within 30 min of it being parked) we couldn't get in touch with a single person at the office for us to pick up our vehicle.When we came to pick it up in the morning they charged us an additional $25 because we didnt pick up during business hours (7:45 instead of 8am because we had to get to work). They charged us for a "gate moving fee" aka a guy moving his truck 5 ft from blocking the entrance so we could exit.Additionally, my husband's car got towed by this company years ago and they deny stealing his audio equipment ($1500 worth) and didn't take any accountabilty for his vehicle getting getting wiped clean of his belongings during the 6 hours it was at the towing lot.All in all, tow companies are never going to be our friends but this company especially deserves zero stars and it's a shame that local companies have decided to partner with such an unethical business.

What a Joke.. con artist scammers.what a rip off. Said I wasn't parked correctly and towed my rental car because it didn't have the proper sticker on the window.. 175 bucks to get it back.. I would say a racket between the apartment complex and them to make some easy money.. zero stars for them both.. crooks..Service: Car towing

Took my car right as i was walking back to it and charged me an overnight fee for sunday even though they are closed the full bill was $270 plus they scratched my car and refused to admit it was them and all the office lady would do is push her phone in my face and show me pictures that were clearly taken in their lot and the gate upon entry was scratched the same place as my car ?? *pictures below are one of the day the car was taken and the other is the scratch the day i picked it up*Service: Car towing

If I was able to give zero stars I would. They towed my car and went through it took my panels out and messed up my backup camera. Cussed me and then two guys followed me behind the fence. Very rude and unethical. This place needs shut down. Possibly drug tested from what people have told me. Looks like I’ll have to go to small claims court to get my camera fixed.Service: Car towing

They towed my car 2 blocks and had it for 2 hours and charged me $175. The area I parked in was not marked as a tow away zone, but I wasn't the only one towed. They also towed a handicapped van with a wheelchair lift and others.

They had my car since June 7th. I was visiting on vacation when it broke down so I had no choice but to leave it here to be fixed. When they finally get it fixed, I show up to get it, they tell me that I have an oil leak and an anti freeze leak. Like wth??? Really?
