came in for a tune on my Silverado. When i got home my radiator was cracked and leaking coolant everywhere. they refused to cover anything on it or make it right.

If they found a new person to take calls I'd be more then glad to change my review, i was really looking forward to doing business here but whomever answered sounded like a kid that has no business working for you all or has no common courtesy or knowledge in cars.

I've had my family's vehicles here for minor repairs and a couple of major ones. Their shop has ALWAYS been clean and neat (been going here about 5 years now) and having some mechanical knowledge myself (but unable to perform much due to health reasons) I can say they have never ripped me off or price-gouged, and quickly repaired my vehicles. And they are polite to me as a customer, as well.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place is an absolute joke! The man told me that he would look at my vehicle, but he wasn’t going to “do much” to it. What does that even mean? You either are going to fix it or you aren’t?! There’s no in between. The professionalism is terrible. Not to mention the way they speak to you over the phone. They are extremely rude. I would never recommend this place to any one. & you can forget about asking for a “quote” on how much the repair may be because they refuse to give you a straight forward answer. AGAIN, I would never recommend this place to anyone! Just the way they treat their customers alone is enough to stay away! I feel like they have a specific group of people they to work for and outsiders are treated like garbage.

Pulled in to install a windshield on the car this guy had at his shop. Not only did he disrespect me as soon as I pull in but then he theartend me by saying pulling in my shop is a good way to get shot... those where the owners exact WORDS! Then he continued to talk down to me so I left.. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone!!

Excellent place to take vehicle for repairs. Although I did not need any type of repair, I took my 2014 GMC Sierra here for a Tune. Night and day difference it made. Highly recommend this business for any vehicle needs. Very trust worthy guys. I will be back. Will not take my business any where else except here. Thanks again RonnieService: Auto engine tuning
