Make sure they abide by the email they sent, it took me 3 weeks to finally get them to see there error, an they won't admit to it, an my account is gone due to there mistakes!
Sure I said delete it or do as ya email said, but once you noticed you were wrong my account should of been reinitilized!

I ordered two XL sweatpants. They were labeled XL but they were only large. I compared them to my old XL pants and the old XL pants are bigger than the new extra large pants. Plus the elastic in the old ones is much better than the new ones the new ones are being made so cheaply they're gonna fall apart very quickly. They are trying to save on material, just like the TP companies, making the TP smaller claiming you're getting more. I have sent them The information they asked for five times and each time I get them sending me another email wanting the information that I've already sent them. This last email said informed me that I only have three days to do this and then my case will be closed it also said, "please check our previous email" I asked them which one and sent the information one more time. I'll probably never see a refund and they will never have me as a customer again. The fruit is rotten!

I ordered two (2) men's t-shirts on September 16 directly from the Fruit of the Loom website to get the color and size I needed. On their email order confirmation they state "Standard Shipping will take 4-7 business days". It is now October 5 or 19 days since I ordered. I can see from the Tracking Number my stuff is has been sitting in a Fed Ex facility about 2 hours away since last Friday. Amazon has nothing to fear from Fruit of the Loom! :-) The moral of this story is to order from Amazon, Walmart, or any company who actually has some shipping expertise.

Worst place I’ve worked. No room for advancement even with experience and a degree in management. If you didn’t work for the original fotl you meant nothing and you had to do triple the work! Very under managed and many overlooked and their talents never used.

Got pajama bottoms for Christmas the strings came out , you can't get them back in they won't stand behind their product goodbye won't be buying your products anymore.

I had a couple claims I put in the past with customer service called in another time because the stitching will go in the waistband for the gym shorts with a drawstring in it and I’m not trying to get something for nothing just as there was a problem with other garment was made and I do you want me to take pictures and send it into them well that’s a shame that I’m going to buy HANES any longer. F O T L I loved loved your products! Ron
