i just had added a new line to my plan phone service and it happens to be not working so i go up there to the store to see whats going on and seems like the mannagers are never there in the store for some reason and the staff people cant help you with nothing because they dont have access to the managers tablets and i stood there for 30 minutes waiting for the managers and never showed up they need to put better personal at least someone that really wants to work

Recently bought a 128 gb cricket phone online.theybsent a 64 gb ohon in the mail .have called multiple times only to get hung up on . Cricket online treats their customers like garbage please Avoid them like the plague ....

I hate going into the store on 31w, especially if one certain woman is working. If you are male, she's all happy and tries to help. If you are a lone female she tells you to go to the store on scottsville road.And if you go to the store to pay cash, they add money to the bill, ridiculous!

Great service when your near town. The new store is always busy. The employees are great but they need more of them. The could also use a Spanish speaking employee for better service. We have five phones with them.

I would give Cricket a 0 star but it won't let me! So for starters I have not had phone service for the last 4 days! I've been to the store and they're telling me that I need to have HD voice, VoLTE, or wi-fi calling. These are all the same by the way. I spent 4 hrs on the phone (not mine because I don't have phone service) Saturday with a merge call between Samsung and Cricket and nothing got resolved. My phone has 4g but Cricket is telling me that it's not compatible with their service because they're getting rid of the 3g. I have Wi-Fi internet and I can do everything except make a simple phone call. I know technology has come a long way but a person shouldn't have to buy a new phone every year just to be able to make a phone call. This same thing happened to me a couple months ago and they changed out my SIM card but now they're telluride they can't do anything unless I buy a phone!??

Michelle is the nicest person I have dealt with at Cricket. After 3 hours on the phone and visiting 2 stores, she couldn't fix Cricket's mistake but at least she could explain the unfair charges, unlike Jeremy at the other store who refused to help us at all.

I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service! I came in yesterday with a refugee family and the young man who helped us was very friendly, patient, professional, and nice. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but I hope management sees this and tells him he did a great job.
