My son had a trans replaced by them, and in about 1 year, all the bolts came out, and ruined the starter and flywheel. Mechanic said he was lucky the trans didn’t fall out!!!!!!’Service: Transmission

James is the man of his word, so far after installing me a reman transmission it has been running great, and he gives 18 months warranty which word in the street he will award you if trans gone wrong during warranty period 100 ?? ?? legit business and decent pricing ??

If you’re looking to get your transmission fixed this is the place to go in bowling green my. These guys took on the task of fixing my transmission after I had taken it to Walt’s transmission 5 times and they charged me the price of a complete rebuild and all they did each time was find the one part that was the problem and just fix it. They broke my exhaust stud and lied about it and cut my exhaust 5 times in 2 different spots after they broke the stud. They pretty much completely jacked my truck up and Bluegrass Transmission did everything and more to get my truck the way it was supposed to be done the first time and they did an excellent job at that. 10/10 recommend these guys for transmission repairs. After a week of trying 2 work out the best time 4 both parties, the car was dropped off at five o'clock am and not work was done and a call came stating employees not coming 2 work, and someone quitting or something, so I cannot do anything on ur car, another tow fee later the car now has 2 b done by myself, it is what it is, right!

This has been the worst experience i have ever encounter dealing with a so called mechanic. Very inconsistent with what they tell you till your bill is over 2000,.00 I wouldn't take a dead horse here.

Very professional and fair prices. Congenital staff. I had a second opinion on a diagnostic check engine light on a mercury mariner that was a result of an engine problem. I would return back to have further work done in the future.

My dad had his 2013 Ford Focus transmission worked on and the mechanic pinched a wire. The wire that pinch grounded out and fried the abs module. We’ve tried to contact them to get this taken care of but they claim they’re not liable even though the mechanic said it was his fault. More or less this place is a joke and I’m very disappointed with my services! If I could give 0 stars I would.
