Some of my Post Box mail has been lost at least since July 2023.Supervisor at this branch found some of my important mail in another box above the one which I rent.I am missing a check I was expecting on Sept 8,2023 which was reissued on Sept. 26,2023. The second check is also missing !This is no way to run a post office branch.People hired to put mail in proper boxes are not doing their job.I have no idea if the mail was stolen.These post office boxes are very expensive to rent with increasing cost each year.

They, for years now, have been putting mail in the wrong mailbox even though there's three stickers on the box telling them which one it is. They're sometimes too lazy to leave a package of it's too big for the box so they leave a notice instead of getting out of their car. I was just in there 8 minutes before close and was refused service because the lady shut everything down before closing time and made the excuse that she was going by the post office clock. The clock is wrong first of all, by a lot, and two, you should be servicing customers until closing time not until you want to go home. That's not how any business works. You close the store afterwards.

They are not friendly! You go in and they aren't friendly at all! It's a new year. You say Happy New Year and they just look at you. I'll pray for them !

I rarely go to this branch as it's not closest to my home or work but I've had multiple letters lost mailed at this location. It's so disproportionate that I'd be shocked if it hasn't been reported by others yet. Avoid mailing from this location.

Horrible customer service and very disorganized! They also have a giant parking in the back, but they make you risk your life parking on the street of a busy giant intersection. No public bathroom and very rude personal. Would consider going to the Aventura USPS instead of the North Miami.

Only one lady working in a busy location with a manager looking over her. Really wish she could open up a register to help out her employee as one guy is shipping many things out and everybody has to wait an hr for him to finish. Get more help here please!

A customer and employee argued in front of me today and as I was there I know it's the employee fault, hoping not to get her, poor luck got me so I got her, her name was Denice or something like that. She was extremely rude! Everyone there is rude, if u don't like what u r doing then fking Quit!! Don't take it out on everyone geez ! She was yelling at me the whole time and I don't even know if she put the fragile sticker that I clicked "yes" to. If my package is damage, she's the one responsible for that !

I normally go to another location however I was in the area and needed to do a drop off for a package. There were ants ALL over, some walking on other customers shoes and it was disgusting. They allowed more than 15 people in the room at a time, no one social distanced from one another and the employees didn't do anything about it. I'd prefer to not name names of the employees but they couldn't care less. They were short with their answers and seemed miserable to be there. Wont ever go back to this location.

I went today at 1 pm and the Clerk # 2 young black woman was rude and has no customer service skill even the other clerk Marylin was nice and help with the situation .

I think this post office is an exceptional post office! The employees are friendly, they work hard & I notice they do try their best. I really appreciate their hard work & kindness. I always try to go to this location because it's always a pleasant experience. Thanks!

Wow. I can't express how disgruntled I am with their lack of customer service. They will not answer the phone, No matter how many times you call. For some reason my carrier has been living notices lately instead of leaving packages at my door, so I have to resort to going to the post office pick them up. This on its own is quite annoying, but the fact that I cannot get in touch with anybody unless I physically go into the post office, makes me want to scream. It's no wonder that people are resorting to other types of mailing services.
