This store was way overpriced. You could get all items of better quality and cheaper at retail prices. I was very disappointed. I’d suggest checking out the Restore in Dayton, OH or Troy, OH for better selection and prices.

Insane prices for goods they got for free in a cheap rent strip mall with no one working and basically no services offered. I get it goes to charity but the prices in this place are grossly overpriced. Don't waste your time. I only come in every couple of months to remind myself it still is ridiculous

The prices are outrageous on many items. They get free donations and really screw their customers. It’s supposed to be a discount place to help people in need. You can get these items cheaper at Home Depot or Facebook Marketplace.

This place trying to get rich off poor ppl. They had a twin box spring and mattress that was a set for 195.00, he said I'm gonna give u a 20% off, then said I gave u the mattress for 175.00 and the box spring for 25.00, now it's even 5.00 more. He then says we don't sell them as sets, why not? They was DONATED as a set. I had to get it my son needed a bed but darn really! I thought this place was supposed to be descent on prices. But they act like they have high end furniture brand new or something. They get most of they're stuff donated. They have went crazy on they're prices.

Prices are outrageous for used and donated furniture. It’s not like this is an antique mall, and I’ve seen more reasonable prices at antique malls. Even their home improvement supplies and run just as expensive as Lowe’s or Home Depot. Just skip the visit and go to a different location.

The staff isn't very friendly and they only take mint items that are priced beyond their value. Seems like choosing beggars in my experience.

I visited this location on Saturday 6/10/23 around 1:30 pm.I tried donating two identical wooden doors here. The guy took one (hence two stars instead of one) but refused the other because the door had pegboard affixed to one side that a prior homeowner added and painted. The guy said it "wasn't original to the door." Well, obviously...So I suggested that I could remove the pegboard. He replied "then there'd be screw holes."I then suggested that plastic wood would fix that. He replied "I'm not filling the holes." I said I meant the final buyer could, not him. To which he replied, "We don't sell doors like that here."This is a lie. I've purchased two doors from the ReStore which both not only needed to have screw holes filled in, but also needed paint stripped off because it was chipping off. I also had to cut them to size, route hinge spaces, repaint, etc. My point is you always have to do a little work on building material you buy from them. He didn't care and went inside. So I went to the location in Bond Hill. They took the door and even said, "Nice door," when they took it inside.Bottom line is Bellevue is inconsistent at best and lying at worst. You can take a walk through their door selection and see all the doors where the metalwork is covered in paint, need stripping, are missing pieces, etc. Which is fine - this is to be expected. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

In an attempt to make a donation this afternoon, I put an empty rainbow gay pride absolute box on the ground BY the trash. The store manager came out and verbally assaulted me for dropping the box by the trash. I asked him to calm down and that I would take care of it that I'm attempting to make a donation. He then proceeded to tell me" we don't want YOUR donation". what? why!? I questioned and he said you know... I was shocked! Tell me You're a HOMOPHOBE without telling me you are. I have always believed the best in this company. But I guess hateful people have the right to work anywhere.

Does seem extremely overpriced on items that the majority of the public are expecting to go there to find deals on. On the other hand if you know what to look for, there is definitely some treasures with rock bottom prices to be found. The staff is always kind & curteous.

We just bought carpets which the manager of the store said they were 5x8. We trusted and bought them. When we brought back home, we realized that they were actually 5’3” x 7’1” and are too small for our rooms. As soon as we found that out, we called and asked for an exchange towards purchasing 2 larger carpets of which would give them more money, but the manager refused. We asked why he said those were 8x5 instead of 7x5 and he said he had to say that because it was 1 inch over 7. It is very disappointing to experience being given misinformation and and even not be flexible to take responsibility of this particular ReStore. We’ve been shopping at ReStores in various locations to support good causes, but this store will not be one of those.
