If you show up close to closing time [with in 30 minutes] you can expect to get yelled at from across the store with little to no respect for you as a human being regardless of your physical condition.

I saw what i assume to be a past employee walk in and try to fight with 2 of the younger employees. I couldn’t hear much but yelling coming from him. I will never be back to this hostile environment

WAAYY expensive and not much out on the shelves for sale… worn out dirty shoes for $25-30 a pair. Miss the old store when there was jewelry and musical instruments for sale- when you could actually find something decent at a reasonable price. I can’t even afford to shop here anymore ?

Brie, Brad, and James saved my behind. I dropped off the wrong donation bag which had all of my suits in them. They so graciously looked through piles and piles of clothes until they found my suits. I 100% appreciate their efforts! Thank you again!

I love this store but shoppers don’t respect it. They have been low staffed lately and they really need us to at the very least be respectful about basic things like keeping it neat/clean. Put things back where you found them. If it’s off the hanger please place it on right etc.

This GOODWILL IS AWESOME.... I came from Cali where thrift stores and many choices of thrift stores was abundant. GOODWILL was there of course. That being said, I have never encountered such a friendly, kind, and courteous, customer first, goodwill ever before as this store showed me Sunday night. They were stocked full ? and with so many different choices I think I had to have been there at least a couple maybe 3 hours that night. AWESOME JOB GUYS. KEEP IT UP. IT REALLY DOES MATTER. YOU MAKE PEOPLE ENJOY YOUR STORE AND COME BACK. I certainly will be!!!?❤️?
