Incredible experience. I brought in a large amount of saved up spare change and the customer service was incredible. They quickly and respectively took their time to make sure all of my change was counted and I had an automatic deposit once I stepped out. I am incredibly grateful and proud to be a customer here. Thank you for the team on 04/28/23 you guys were amazing!

I cannot say enough nice things about this branch and specifically the branch manager Mykel Rodriguez. He took a really frustrating experience with an out of state business and solved my problem quickly, with professionalism and with kindness. Thank you Mykel!! WF! Give that man a raise!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced Brenda lost a customer and a deposit that they will never get back, cannot believe how we were treated. This was at the 420 West street location in Wichita, KS location

If you book an online appointment it won't be accurate and the local branch often doesnt habe the informationand isnt available. If you call in you won't get ahold of someone. Bith branches are admittedly short handed foe regular bankers. If and only if you transfer a large amount of assets then you can get an immediate appointment and see a premier banker. When we tried to open a joint account the 5 people in the bank couldnt/wouldn't help us, wouldn't research why the online appointment didn't carry through and the best was the offer that If we have a la4ge enough account t size then a premier banker would be immediately available. Just had that happen again but now at the East store. Why would I transfer large deposits until I see qualiry service at the local level... took our business to Citizens Bank. Now transferring investments, business and more to Citizens bank. Personal friendly service minimal wait time. They treated us the same with $1000 or $1mil.

First things first. The fact that the atm is outside…. And leaves you vulnerable to other money either depositing or withdrawing money is an issue. Not safe at all. Wells Fargo you need to do better. ATMs outside and making you stand outside isn’t safe. Especially for women.. 2nd the fact you only have two Wells Fargo locations in wichita ks is an issue

Love the tellers and bankers, hate the ATM. At least 20% of the time it is not accepting deposits, meaning I have to drive all the way across town to handle after hours banking.

TERRIBLE service. Will racially profile you. My husband (a colored mans) job shorted him on his check so they gave him a 2nd check for the difference and the teller would not even attempt to cash or verify the second one . My husband called accounting at his job about it and they were waiting for the bank to call to verify it and they did not. Instead they simply declined to help my husband. And made him feel as if he did something wrong. He just opened an account at this location but after today will be canceled. 10/10 Do not recommend this place!

Long wait times, I can't hear anything in their building because it's so loud. The loan officer I worked with wasn't knowledgeable about anything with my simple personal loan. I didn't get any of the information I needed up front which resulted in me getting my cashier's check way later than it should have. And don't bother trying to call them directly, no one ever picks up. I would not recommend even stepping foot in this place.

I've been trying to set an appointment online, and wouldn't let me make an appointment. God forbid try and make an appointment over the phone either. This bank causes me so much anxiety and stress just trying to deal with them. The sooner I close out the accounts the better.

Brenda Adams took care of my process from start to finish and even made sure after the loan was finalized, she made sure to call me and make sure everything went well and was available for further questions. Brenda was very personable and knew exactly what to do to make the process work effectively. She took time to call me every step of the way. I hope she is available the next time I need her
