Everyone was so helpful! Very thorough with the passport explanation process via phone. Make sure to call and schedule an appointment for passport services first as they don’t do walk ins. There were others there getting USPS services and the staff was very efficient

I was very impressed with the post office staff at WSU. They were very informative and helpful with the passport process. I would highly recommend WSU to anyone who is looking at getting a passport. We went in on April 4th to apply and we received our passport on April 22nd and we did not pay for expedited shipping!
