The lady who does the passports is grumpy and not very pleasant and I don't understand why they make appointments here because she opened 30mins late and your supposed to arrive 10 minutes early. I recommend going elsewhere for your passport.

It's inside the post office but a separate counter. Enter the building turn left. We had a great experience. I made 2 appointment for 2 kids at the same times less than 48 hours before we went. Walked in, no wait we were done in less than 15 minutes. We did come in with the forms completed, photos in hand (got them at Walgreens there terrible, have them taken here for the same price and possibly better pics) checkbook ready to go. Bri g all your originals and copies and it is easy as pie here. This is my 4th round getting kids passports and the most pleasant I've experienced.
