Very unprofessional, bad service. The guys in the van ran over my beautiful rose bush and won’t replace it. I will not be requesting their services for my pool ever again.

Disappointed. I'm guessing my 30k project wasn't big enough for them. We went last weekend about a swim spa and the entire time the lady was trying to talk us out of it. Then when she said she'd send us a estimate package we never received it. It's been 5 days and nothing. So I'm guessing that if you aren't willing to spend 60k for a full size pool they want nothing to do with you and shove you out the door.

I was greeted by 2 different people when I arrived. A young man saw that I had a bottle of pool water to be tested and immediately told me he could help me. As he tested the water we chatted and he answered some questions I had and then he help me find the chemicals I needed and went over the directions a couple of times! He rang me up and then helped me out with all the chemicals. I was pleased with the service and friendly attitudes!

I had to move from the Derby store to the East store because of the levels of service. Nathan makes the difference and the staff takes on his same selfless values of service.

The nice, courteous, young man tested my pool water and helped me find what I needed to open my pool. I miss Ruth but he did great. I have used Ultra modern for at least 40 years . I had an above ground pool when I lived in town for fifteen years and gave it to a friend when I moved to the country and it is still on use . I bought another pool 10 years ago and they have helped me maintain it . I couldn’t be more pleased. Both pools are dough boy and have been great.
