I was in the store 10 minutes or so and never saw a soul. No greeting, nothing. Could hear an employee rustling around in the back but never saw anyone.Prices were typical for a consignment store. I had to laugh at this purse they wanted $9 for, and it’s completely falling apart. (See picture I shared)

I consign and shop here and find the clothes to be polished, stylish, and most are in very good condition. The store kitties are a bonus. The owner may come across a little short at first, but she is very nice if you break the ice and chat with her. I come in regularly and love this place

Came here once to try and buy clothes, but never got any help. No one ever came to the counter to check us out. Just left everything there after standing around for 10 minutes.

First time visiting today. Popped inside to check what they had for their after-Christmas sale. Still had lots of nice items, 75% off! Spent less than a dollar on two items, was so excited! Staff was very nice to me and my young daughter. We will be back!

Shopped at The Second Story numerous times. I have always found the shop to be clean, well organized, priced to move items quickly. The shop owner takes great pains to have clean items and she has always been friendly.

Used to love this store and shop here quite often. I will no longer spend a penny in here nor recommend this place to friends. My nanny came into the store to bring in some nice older clothing she was needing to get rid of. The women behind the counter was beyond rude. She Told my elderly grandma very rudely that her clothes were not nice enough for her store. I was absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of customer care. I understand that they cannot take all items, and that is ok, but for her to go out of her way to be rude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If you want to be belittled this is definitely the place for you to shop!
