Absolutely great customer service even through the times of the virus. Greàt customer service and flexibility to deal with problems of any level. Have a list full of supplies and accessories. Just call and see what they can help you with. P.s. ..... They have the deals ask if they can make a deal with you buying a group of accessories. #cuddlecuddle

Not professional at all having some thugs hanging out there talking to the employee while there’s a customer trying to be helped without being interrupted cause that person and the employee running Mayer’s and just talking talking just not professional. I would never go back there to that branch again.

I went in to metro pcs on south hydraulic street and had alot of questions and got everyone of them answered with everything i wanted to hear and Jesse was so awesome i give him two thumbs up super respectful and honest. Ive had such bad deals with other companys and i have to say this is the greatest phone company I've ever went through. Thank you Jesse for helping me out
