Took my fiance boots he got from Red Wing here to get the soles replaces. Not only were they super friendly and decently priced they got them in and out in less then 2 weeks. Not to mention the sole was better quality material then the original sole that came on them. They also hand stitched the toe on the boots and cleaned and polished them for what I would consider a very great price. They gained our buisness and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Jack Smith Shoe Shop put zippers on the instep of a pair of Tony Lama boots for me and the workmanship looks like they came from the factory like that! Amazing work! Excellent customer service! Great price! I would tell anyone thinking about where to go, there is no question.... Jack Smith Shoe Shop! You will not be disappointed! I will be recommending them to everyone and I will definitely be back!

I called to have a heel tip on my high heels replaced ..only needed one but they insist on doing both ! and charging for both! The cost being between $20 & $25 .. I know from previously using this business years ago the work is good but $25 FOR ONE RUBBER HEEL TIP ..WOW

Due to a leg length discrepancy, I need to get a 1-inch lift on my right shoe. I had used a different company in the past and wasn’t impressed. A friend recommended Jack Smith, and I am very happy with how this turned out! High quality work, fair price, and quick turnaround time. I’ll be back!

Requested that my stilettos be glued ? back together after they’d been in a hot car too long. Messy lines from glue residue were left on the heels. His female assistant offered great customer service.
