Skylar (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is probably one of the best customer service specialists that I’ve ever met. We had to make a quick move to Wichita in 2023 and needed a storage unit. From the first interaction we’ve had, she has done everything in her power to ensure we are receiving the best experience! If you are in need of a clean, respectful, secure, customer friendly storage unit. Come here. Only reason we’ve had the storage so long is because of Skylar and the treatment we get. I feel like we are her only customer with her attention to detail. Owners should be proud to have an asset like her.
