Cindy, Annie & Cassie are absolutely amazing! When we came in my fiancé and I was definitely intimidated because we never in a million years thought we could afford anything from Helzburgs. But they made us feel comfortable and showed us we can afford to get something and they didn’t try to push anything on us and made it super easy and fun to find the perfect ring for our wedding. They explained everything about everything we looked at and showed us that we can get something amazing and we can afford to get something beautiful.

Bill and Annie were very friendly and helpful in helping me order a custom ring. I did have to wait around 15 minutes, but they saw I was there and got to me as quick as they could. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a custom engagement ring to go to Helzberg Diamonds because the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful to make the process of selecting all kinds of custom features as smooth as possible.

Had a really good experience while customizing a ring, Cassie was great to work with from answering questions, allowing me to make changes at any point, to making sure it was exactly what I wanted! I would recommend giving them a chance to help you out at the east location very friendly crew!
