My truck was in the shop being covered by the other parties insurance. Adrian and Matt were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job fixing my truck, however there was a problem with getting the parts, so it took longer than expected, and I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, and how long it would take.Overall, they did a great job but better communication regarding the parts delay would have bumped them to a five star rating.

These folks are fast, friendly and work hard to make your bad experience in an accident a good experience. They really cater to return customers. Good work is hard to find these days. Shop for repair work at GCC and you won't be disappointed. 5 stars.

First of all, their customer service is AMAZING! From the phone call to the face to face encounter, I felt heard and valued. I needed my bumper replaced on my vehicle and glad that I chose Global. Matt even took the time to walk me through the auto claim process since I was unfamiliar. He got my vehicle in in a timely manner and the repair took less than I anticipated. When I picked up my vehicle there were no surprise additional fees and I even got a discount for being a front line worker. Finally, the cherry on top was my vehicle was cleaned inside and out!!! I’m more than pleased but impressed with Global collision center. I’ve already recommended my family and friends:)

NOT A WOMAN FRIENDLY BODYSHOP. Came in to get some body work done. Everything was going great till they gave me my car back. I found issues with the turn signals turing my cruise controll off and the screen that shows my blind spot and rear camera was constantly blinking(wasn't doing any of this before global Collison got there hands on it) Matt at the front office gave me the run around and lied to the Insurance and said it was caused by the wreck so they didn't have to pay for there own mistake. They didn't even end up fixing it cause they couldn't find an issue. When i took it up to the honda dealership it only took them 1 day to find the issue and have it fixed..

Very happy with the work recently done on my Acura. Especially how they polished the foggy headlights to looking brand new. Matt was very professional and so knowledgeable about repairs. The quality of work was outstanding. Again, very happy and have already recommended them to friends and family. The place to go for body, paint, and headlight repairs!

I took these folks a finder from a motorcycle that had no noun or noun nomenclature form of a color code. This guy spent the better part of a day searching for a color code. We even took half the motorcycle apart trying to find the sticker or something to identify the the color code. I got tired and left. I went back again the next day and he did identify the color and the painter was actually working on my finder. This dude had the part finished the next day. I had to think long and hard if this cycle worth what the bill was going to be. I looked the fender over very good and the match was perfect. Considering there are over 2 million colors to chose from. They charged my a modest price and the best paint job anyone could ask for. This place is super busy and they managed to work me in right away. Totally amazing group. Thanks Matt and your painters for your dedication. I really do appreciate all that you do. If you have some minor or major body work that needs straightened out. Global Collision Center is the place to go. 5 stars... These guys rock!

First of all I have done very few google reviews because I usually have mediocre experiences at most places. I came on to do this one because I was truly blown away by Matt and the team at Global! They went way above my expectations and I can't say enough great things about my experience with them! I will recommend them to anyone I know. If I ever have to have work done on my car in future I will for sure chose them to do it. It was nice that they have a loaner car while yours is being repaired. When I picked mine up it had been detailed and looked so much better than when I dropped it off, which I was not expecting! Also they did a great job on the repair, dealing with progressive, and their customer service is top notch! I had to call in about the loaner when Matt was out of office and talked to the shop guy (sorry I don't remember his name) and I also dealt with the office lady Belinda or Melinda? I just want to praise both of them also for their amazing customer service and taking the time to help me right away! And one more thing, they go above and beyond for Military and gold star family members! Thank youServices: Body & Trim

Great atmosphere! Matt in the front office was very welcoming and helpful. The staff noticed that Auto Zone sold me the wrong part and were able to secure the right part and finish the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Matt and the crew at Global Collision Center for any vehicle maintenance needs.

A friendly atmosphere, and they did an excellent job of replacing a back panel on my Vue. They matched the paint perfectly, and completed the job in a timely manner. They also give a discount to healthcare workers,!
