This place is a joke! They wouldn't service my car cause the inside is too dirty?! They didn't have a problem when they charged me an arm and a leg for break replacement that I then had to take somewhere else cause they still squealed! Save your money

I’m new to area and asked a family member for recommendation as i had an issue with my 2010 Tundra.
They diagnosed and gave me an estimate. After work was done, there was less work needed than initially estimated and my final bill was significantly less than expected.
Highly recommend GK tire and auto.

Disappointed. I came in asking if you might look at my car.m and telling me nothing is wrong and no oil leaking when 15 miles down the road the engine light comes on and there are 2 puddles of oil in your parking lot from my car. I value businesses owners that have similar beliefs as myself but blatant lies and taking my money is too much. I guess I’ll spend the money where they are willing to actually help fix the problem.

I tried GK for the first time to have struts, shocks, and 4 new tires replaced on my wife's car. I called to get it scheduled and was told to bring it in about 10 days later as they were pretty busy. I brought it in on the morning scheduled. Got a call an hour later telling me they had the tires on but noticed the front brakes were pretty thin. Not surprising for a car with 95,000 miles on the original brakes. I told them to the front brakes and rear brakes as well, and the service advisor questioned whether I really wanted to do that as they were not that bad. He didn't try to sell me on a job I didn't need. Got the car back the same day and couldn't be happier. I cross checked what they charged for parts vs. what I could have paid for them myself and they didn't mark the parts up at all, not to mention they used quality parts and not bottom shelf parts. Was surprised the labor charges were very reasonable. I usually do my own work but just didn't have time to tackle this job and begrudgingly sent the car to a shop to be done in a timely manner. I have no regrets. It's hard to find and honest, competent, and affordable shop and GK ticks all those boxes.

Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation. 3 weeks later looked at my tires and they weren’t rotated. One tire is different than the rest and they are on the same spot they were before. So wondered about the alignment because when I picked it up it was pulling to the right quite a bit. Took to get it checked elsewhere and my alignment is horribly off!! Left my car there from 8am till they closed when they finally called and they didn’t do EITHER SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR!!! If I could give them a 0 I would. Wasted my hard earned money!!
