The staff took the time to listen to my issues and instead of a whole new shoe we they were able to do their scan and see an insert would take care of my issue. They were quick and listened!

This is the only place I will buy athletic shoes. They made an analysis of my feet, and have that on record. After analyzing my feet they made recommendations for different shoes which would be a good fit for my particular foot structure and issues. They were able to describe how the shoes were structured to accommodate my foot structure. They were very patient while I tried on different shoes. I have been able to make exchanges easily.

Such a great and hassle free experience at Fleet Feet in West Wichita! The girl that assisted me (can't remember her name but was the only girl there that day) was amazing. She was extremely helpful, and extremely patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. She has had a ton of knowledge about running and things your body can go through during running/exercise. She was a delight, the service was top notch, and the facility was well put together, super sharp and very organized. 10/10 would recommend to family or a complete stranger!

The customer service here is always prompt and efficient. I’ve been going to this store for running shoes on and off for the last 10 ish years and I have never had a bad experience. The employees are friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend fleet feet to anyone I talk to about running/walking shoes.

My experience yesterday with Fleet Feet was very awkward. Our family visited to purchase track shoes for my daughter. The salesperson Nicole, grabbed 3 pairs of track shoes from stockroom. I told Nicole I wanted my kiddo to try the shoes on both feet; and that I was paying for the shoes not her Because she made the statement.I wouldn't suggest that. And to try on one shoe. Like, since when are we telling our customers what to do? She asked if we had an account for rewards and I told her no that we just wanted to make a purchase ... Please tell me why she still put the purchase on my mother in law's account for rewards when My husband told her not to and that we only wanted to make a shoe purchase. I don't think I'll be going back over there to Maize Store.
