Received an item for Christmas that was too big. The receipt was lost and the store would not even consider working with me. Their customer service was low quality. Im stuck with an item that will be donated despite it having all of its tags. Very frustrating.

One of the Managers there yelled at a client for going into a dressing room that was open and since no one was attending to her, she went in and then the Manager yelled at her and waited for her until she came out, he made her cry and, no matter what, he made fun of her. It's not fair ???

After stepping out the fitting room, my girlfriend wanted to leave immediately. She said an employee at express walked passed and bumped into her making her stumble and didn’t bother to apologize.

Awful service, rude associate who made a big deal about how inconvenient helping me was. She acted as if I had walked in 5 minutes before closing and demanded a whole new wardrobe, when they were already helping customers...I came in almost 2 1/2 hours before closing on a weekday, and three employees were standing at the registers talking- no one greeted me- no other customers visible in the store. I asked for help to resolve a minor issue with an order, and the associate that remained to help me acted like I had ruined her day by interrupting.Helping me took less than 2 minutes, literally. The associate sighed, blamed the issue on her coworkers and made it very clear with her tone of voice, body language, and lack of customer service, how much I had inconvenienced her by asking for help.She actually rolled her eyes at me as I was walking away?? So disappointing. If I hadn't had a last minute need for the item for a work event the next morning, I would have just cancelled the order.I would definitely not recommend going into that store unless you need to make a return, or it simply cannot wait. This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location, so generally I just buy online to avoid having to deal with situations like this. If you do have to shop there, don't expect a greeting, help, anything that even resembles customer service.Looks like other reviewers recently also had issues with poor customer service. I guess I am glad it wasn't just me.....

I have to say Express is one of my favorite store to shop. I felt terribly disappointed and being so disrespected by two employees today. Not just one employee but two. They’re so rude and unprofessional. They never apologized for their own mistakes. I went in for a return today. The guy who helped me was so rude and lazy. He seem irritated and very short to me. I expected to get 2 items returned but only 1 got approved. I got confused and asked him the reason why the other one got rejected. The guy told me the he don’t know and there’s nothing that he could do for me or at least gave me a reasonable explanation. I know for fact that the items being returned are not FINAL SALES and still within the 60 days mark. After that he’s not willing to assist me anymore, so I stand and wait, hoping to get a helpful/nice associate. Meanwhile, he never once asked me if I need any further assistance. Nope, just let me being. Stand waiting to be assist I finally got helped by a female employee but she also seem irritated with me. She came to a quick conclusion that the item was not found in the system. I told her that’s impossible because its clearly showed on the receipt the exact item number and descriptions. She then looked closer into the situation and finally figured out the mistake that the other guy did. The entire time she helped me she wasn’t happy with me at all, even-though it wasn’t my fault. It seems like I’m a burden to them. I felt humiliated. I don’t know after this incident I would walk into the store the same way again or will I felt welcome anymore. I came on 12/26/21 around 5:45pm.
