Great customer service. Bought a car months ago and it's been nothing but trouble. Has many noticeable major leaks that were never mentioned at any point in time. The oil leak was covered up with a cloth that, had the oil been checked or changed, would have been incredibly obvious (it's zip-tied across the bottom of the oil pan). The radiator seems to be leaking very slowly in multiple places. The tires that came with the vehicle are 13 years old. It's had every electrical malfunction under the sun. The title was an out of state title and not a single word was mentioned about this. Would never buy a vehicle here again, which is a shame because the salesman is very kind.

Had a very good, very fair, experience. The car I bought was very fairly priced and the gentleman I worked with, The GM/owner I believe was easy to work with and was not pushy. Definitely give them a shot.

Courteous, professional, honest, and fair! ROBERT at Dependable Autos, 825 W Douglas IS the place to go for a clean, great condition and DEPENDABLE used car! Robert King will make sure any and all issues with the car you choose (IF there are any) are settled before (even after if ever necessary) the sale goes down. He knows his business, and is hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever had the honor to meet. The only place to go for a good and fair deal on a sweet used car in Wichita, and right here in Delano!!

I texted and told the owner I was sending him a recent widow to buy a truck. He sold her one for full price and gave her a $2000 credit for a Cadillac Escalade. She was inexperience and he was exactly what you think of a used car sales person. Shame on him!

Robert King runs a good business. He is a very fair salesman. We did have an issue and he bent over backwards at the risk of taking a loss on a vehicle to make us happy. He stands behind his vehicles and sells a good product at very fair prices. A very nice funny guy. I highly recommend him and his dealership. I LOVE MY NEW TO ME ACURA!!!

I bought my car here few days go. Mr. King was very friendly and helpful. His prices are reasonable, and he was absolutely one of the nicest sales persons I've ever had the good fortune to meet. If you need a good car at a reasonable price, I highly recommend you go see him!
