Hired services in Wichita to move and setup an 8ft pool table, and was a great experience. Staff was professional and knowledgeable, and table was rebuilt timely and is perfectly reconstructed. Getting a lot of great family use out of it once again!

My son has made contact with you many times for buying a new very expensive pool cue and never got a reply. Then was able to go to the store in person and decided not to buy anything because the people were rude and very unprofessional.
You think that they would be more helpful if someone was getting ready to spend 8 or $900.
He even spoke to the owner and he never replied either.

Very nice place. Very friendly and helpful. I was there having a new tip put on a friend's pool stick. They have a very good selection of all entertainments and arcade.

Called ahead of time to pick up some pool table accessories and the manager Rich said they had them in stock but, sounded annoyed on the phone. We showed up before 5 today and asked the lady at the front desk for help and she pointed us to Rich. He let out a big sigh because he had to stop his game of pool with the kids to help a customer… what an inconvenience right?? Then was annoyed with the questions I had about new pool table cloth, que tips, and stick holders. I thought the unpleasant phone call with him was a fluke because I’ve had good customer service from Chiltons before, but apparently the phone call was not a fluke of his attitude. As a customer, we were more of an inconvenience to him than anything because he couldn’t play pool and actually had to work. Wouldn’t say to stay away from Chilton’s but that was not the customer service I would expect.

great selection of pool tables as well as options for each. and bar stools: nice group to work with. Prices are reasonable, glad they offer delivery and set up.
