Last year FMA charged me for an unnecessary physical exam when I brought my dog in for the second flu vaccine, shortly after the first vax and a thorough annual PE.
At the follow-up vax appt, Dr Bachman was only in the room for 90 seconds and barely touched my dog and performed no exam.
I received the records today and a PE is thoroughly documented with great detail including cardiovascular, respiratory, oral, nasal, etc. but no exam was performed and none of these systems were examined.

I boarded my dog here in July for almost a whole day with an eye issue. The lady doctor sent me home with a bunch of expensive medication and said she couldn’t find anything wrong with my pup. About a month later I went back because she was actually getting worse and the doctor told me they had found a very small scratch they didn’t see before. They charged me for the visit even though the doctor’s negligence was the causality of my dog not getting better and they charged astronomical prices for a re check which should have been free since they messed up. The whole time the girl doctor was trying to sell me on an egg protein dog food that was extremely expensive and was saying dogs aren’t actually carnivores. Delusional lady. I was surprised at the 200 dollars I had to pay for the second visit and asked if I could have a payment plan and the girls in the front freaked out and started getting angry and being short fused and mean towards me after I asked that. I DO NOT recommend this place if you have an emergency or even a serious problem. They are negligent, bitchy and awful people to deal with. If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen that

Absolutely amazing office. The vets here really take the time to talk with you and provide the best care possible at very reasonable prices. They take the time to discuss all your options with you, their recommendations, and provide upfront pricing before services. We’ve been to a couple other vets in the past and nothing compares to FMA. We’ll never take our dogs anywhere else.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I took my dog in for the first time to get a growth checked out, and I was panicking. The staff was incredibly nice and understanding, even when I explained that I needed to look for a lower-cost option.y anxiety is normally through the roof when I mention a lower cost option, but not once did I feel judged for bringing it up.
Unfortunately, my dog’s condition worsened before we could proceed with the scheduled procedure. I brought her back in the day before the appointment because she was getting worse. They took her in happily and monitored her all day. I didn't realize it might be her last day, but they called to let me know she hadn’t improved much. They offered to keep her overnight but mentioned she would be alone, which I think was their gentle way of letting me know she was in her final stages.
Sadly, she passed away, but she lived a long and beautiful life. Even though we had only been there twice and had to cancel the next appointment, I received a letter with handwritten messages of condolences from all the staff. The fact that they did this after only knowing my dog for two visits speaks volumes about how much they care.

My basset hound has been seeing Dr. Wilson since he was a puppy. She is full of compassion for both people and animals, as well as having tons of experience & knowledge. All of the vet techs know my dog well due to his chronic ear infections. While going to the vet isn’t the most fun, we enjoy seeing our usual gals who love Benny like their own.

I brought my young, terminally ill cat here to have him euthanized before he suffered too greatly. Dr Alex was amazing. He performed an exam to verify that this was indeed the right thing to do and the right time. He was so kind. The rest of the staff was very kind as well! I greatly appreciated his honesty on the situation and the professionalism. I will definitely continue to use FMA for any of my veterinary needs.

I had been taking my dogs here for years and had spent thousands. On my last visit I had a question about a charge that was on a quote. The tech who presented it to me was so miffed that I wanted you to ask the vet if the quote was correct, per our conversation, she stared me down and snapped that the doctor wouldn't have put it on the quote if it wasn't correct, after getting it sorted out. My dog then was taken to their room to do shots ect. When my dog was being returned to me, she was choking & coughing. This went on for far too long. I asked her what happened and she just stared at me again. My assumption is that I dared to question, not even her but, going around her to clarify a charge, and she took her anger out on my dog. That's a real problem! I couldn't see trusting my dog in her hands ever again.

Did not actually have my pet seen here, but mistakenly brought my cat in because the shelter thought they had scheduled an appt here (whoops). Everyone up front was so nice and tried their best to be helpful despite the miscommunication from the shelter. Super appreciate the front office manager for reaching out to the shelter to try to help. Lovely people up front. If I were not moving, I would start bringing my cats here.

We’ve been going here since before I was even born when Albertie owned brought my 6 week puppy to be looked at for a broken femur Ron Bachman convinced us to do surgery the next day I asked 2 times if he was sure he’d be safe and he said yes both times dropped him off the next morning and I called to check in receptionist seemed irritated at me for calling to check on him and surgery was over they sent me a email and a phone call that his surgery was successful and he did amazing and we were so happy… two hours later I receive a call he coded and had to be resuscitated 2… hours later right after they closed so I couldn’t come see him or anything vet said he looked better and we will watch him next day I call to get an update and the receptionist said I can’t tell you anything about him and we find out he’s basically brain dead and we end up having to euthanize…. A 6 week old puppy we were assured he would be ok.. still charged us for cremation and euthanasia when in my opinion we should have that cost covered and we should have his ashes back… it should not cost almost $200 just to not get him back. Really heartbreaking outcome we loved this vet but we will not return I refuse to step foot back in here until we get his clay paw print. This was just handled so very poorly.. we will miss Apollo forever he was the best pup.

HIGHLY recommend FMA! I bring my geriatric foster dog Peewee here. PeeWee has had many complex problems due to his old age and Dr Wilson is incredibly thorough and has gone above and beyond to ensure all of his issues are addressed and that he is comfortable. The staff at FMA are always very warm and accommodating!

WARNING!! this is not the place to take your pet of you care about them. The staff is sorely inadequate. They are rude!! They hang up on you in your face, if you ask if they did something wrong to your beloved pet. I personally was treated harshly and with out compassion when I asked if the vet did something wrong because my doggo was not getting better they were worse off after leaving the office. I think this pkace should be avoided at all cost.

Do not bring your animals here ever this place is terrible, it should be shut down!,the lack of professionalism is un real, they don't have any compassion or care towards people or their pets, they do not treat animals like family they will just abandon you when they get told or even asked if they did something wrong and that it caused harm to your beloved pet they harm animals here do not bring your pet here. If you bring it to their attention that the Doctor did something wrong they will just abandon you and does not matter how long you have been there they don't care they just treat animals poorly don't bring your pets here. This place should be shut down.

So thankful for a team that is so empathetic and understanding. We took our dog in for end of life and we were so impressed by how they handle this sort of thing. It was very much needed in a time like this.
