Stopped for a woman's coat today. Even though they didn't have what we were looking for, they helped direct us to another place that may help us. I've purchased many boots thru them and been satisfied. I'll still continue to be one of their customers.

I’ve complained about the manger Jason now two times. He is rude, insulting , and unprofessional. Tonight we got a “ Jesus Christ” from him I informed him Jesus is Christ. Showed up today and told the guy what I was looking for he asked me to stand on the broken down machine you can barley read to get foot size. I know my foot size been my feet for 44 years he said it was a 13 regular, nope sorry been wearing 14 wide for quite a few years now and when I asked for the size I know I wear he started arguing with me about that isn’t what his machine said. Dude you already made me mad when you talked one the phone with someone for 20 min about playing golf this weekend. I’m here to give you money because the company that I work for makes us come here.

People were rude and inconsiderate. 3 guys working and all acted it was an inconvenience for help.A pair of boots my friend was buying this guy ripped the tag off of it.Advice;Instead cut with scissors and avoid a hole.Also greet people that are coming in.... it is Vanderbilt.It's not that hard, it's your job! You could make more sales that way.Coming from a farming community we will take our business elsewhere and be sure to let the community know.We (the public) pay your wages!!
