Hours listed on lease agreement are 6am-10pm. Got kicked off property at 9am because I fell asleep in my car after working all night, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call during posted open hours. Nothing in my lease is against falling asleep. Hank has been nothing but kind when I've dealt with him, but the property manger (who did not give his name) wasn't at all. I tried asking when I could access my unit inand he said 9-5 now, which are not the hours I Agreed to as someone that works multiple jobs. The sign only says no entrance after 8pm. No limit on when I can come in. I came in AFTER I got off work at 6am. Manager has still not answered my calls.

YIKES...the storage is not bad but WOW...every time i came here to get stuff out of storage i was approached by someone from the EXTREMELY Shady apartments across the street asking for money. Myself and several other people actually moved our stuff out of this place and over to a different storage place because we didnt feel safe coming here later in the day.

My first storage unit ever. Hank is very nice and helpful. Decent prices. If you're unsure just go check it out. Highly recommend!

I needed a storage unit for two days in a pinch. A wonderful man waited on me he is absolutely wonderful. storages are very very clean and very secure gated... thank you so much for helping me out and you're very kind words.

My unit was broken into with $16,000 to $20000 worth of stuff taken. Not so much as a sorry from management. Go some place else!!!

This is a nice clean place but it is way, way too expensive. You can find another storage unit just as nice somewhere else in Topeka that won't cost you an arm and a leg like it does at this storage place. I do not recommend.
