Ordered a custom bouquet, from 1-800-flowers, that is called Custom bouquet from local artist. It was created by University Flowers and my goodness they did an outstanding job. Flowers were beautiful and very full for the amount paid. Kept a smile on my Mom's face for several days. We also had several days of new blooms! ❤️

I ordered a bouquet from their website since we no longer are in Topeka. The website was easy to use. The delivery was exactly like the picture on the website and my mother-in- law was very happy with her surprise. I appreciated receiving the email saying the flowers had been delivered. I’ll definitely use them again.

I popped in University Flowers today and the aroma of fresh flowers in December was such a delight. They had an assortment of Christmas arrangements and more typical arrangements and lots of roses - even unique kinds that looked almost tie-dye. I got to meet their sweet fur-employees and the owners - who had a great vibe and just drew you in. I took home a vibrant red poinsettia in a Christmas bucket and adorned with a red cardinal. This is a friendly shop with owners who are hands-on and truly love their craft. Highly recommend!

The individuals at this wonderful floral shop are the most beautiful kind hearted souls.A friend ordered flowers and failed to mark the occasion correctly as “sympathy or funeral”. A beautiful arrangement with balloons and a teddy bear arrived. The balloons said “be happy”. The florist immediately created another arrangement that suited the occasion and had it delivered.We truly love that they took someone’s mistake (the person ordering) and corrected the error.

Flowers were recently delivered to us and the person who ordered them caused confusion and the flowers weren’t appropriate for the occasion. Even though it wasn’t their mistake, Steve and Jerry made it right at their own expense. We were highly impressed with their level of customer service and quality of the arrangements!
