When looking for storage in Topeka, I was very surprised at how many storage facilities didn’t have their pricing online. They also didn’t have the ability to complete the entire process online or reserve your unit. I would call around to different facilities only to find out they did not have units available. We had a great experience with Topeka self storage and I was able to complete the entire process in less than 10 minutes and move in the same day.

Renting online was easy and getting into the space was easy as well. Love the autopay option too!

1 year into being with them my unit was broken into after they "upgraded" their security and the lady said they spent 70k on it. Guess you could say it isn't very high tech considering the ppl broke through I believe she said, 2 or 3 chain links. Filed a police report & 9 mos later, they still never found the ppl, the report has been closed, & nothing more has been said or done.

Easy access off 24 Hwy. Great management and absolutely wonderful customer service. Michelle is upbeat and very personable which makes your experience second to none. Michelle is taking this place to a first class storage facility. Highly recommend!!!
