I bought my Samsung Galaxy tab S7 plus in. It had been sat on and was bowed with a very cracked screen to add to that it's an OLED screen. It was done by the next day good as new.

Phone was fixed and works well, but I had to be the one to call to see if it was finished. No one contacted me. I knew it was going to be a wait because they had to order in the part, but I received no communication from them.

I did not buy any services here, but the guy at the counter was super helpful in exploring options for my phone issue. The repair would have cost $120, and upon seeing my hesitation on going forward with it, he recommended checking the warranty on my phone to see if I might be able to get it taken care of for free. He also showed me a great resource for refurbished phones for way less than getting a new phone.
