We were looking for some nice pads for our horses, and they had what I was looking for, and we were able to review options for our horses. They were able to provide us solid options and such beautiful quality looks. One of the things that I appreciated was the level of customer service in talking about our horses and making sure we were grabbing the appropriate gear we would need. Great experience with good staff.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is simply amazing! We live in Kansas City but we’re on our way to a wedding in Manhattan and stopped to get the heel of a pair of boots fixed. We got the boots back and they look like a brand new pair. We look forward to fixing our other boots here and we definitely recommend this place to anyone we know! Service was amazing and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.”
“Best buckle experience! I didn't plan on or pack for a weekend away and I called this buckle 10 min before arriving and asked the sweet gal who answered the phone if she could pick out a few outfits (told her my sizes and the occasion) and told her I would only have about 5 min to run in, choose the outfit and sizes by 'eyeing it' and pay and then have to hurry out. She chose a Cardigan, undershirt, jeans, socks, and shoes and had them all laid out for me when I got there. I hate that I can't rememeber her name, I think it was Laurie (I feel terrible for not remembering) but I am so grateful and 100% happy with my experience and help there. Totally recommend shopping here!”

“Store is heavily stocked, they had what I wanted, they had to go to the back to get it. I also found a belt I wanted. I had to wait until they finished a phone call for another customer to get rung up at the register. I also feel that a customer in the store ready to pay is more important than someone on the phone.”

“I had an amazing experience in DSW. My sales associate, Carrie, was not only knowledgeable but you can tell she loves her job and the shoes…..who doesn’t love shoes. I love the cleanliness and the organization. It is awesome to find all my needs for the whole family in one stop. They have other great non shoe items that would make great Christmas gifts and awesome stocking stuffers. Don’t even get me started on the sales. They’re amazing. I highly recommend them for a fun shopping experience and a fashion statement for your feet.”
“I mentor women behind bars. I drove 3 hours to pick up a woman at Topeka correctional facility who had been incarcerated 19 years. I brought her here to buy clothes for her new journey in life. The selection was amazing and we found some pretty good deals-but-the girls behind the counter were not so nice. We loved the store itself but not the service.”
