I have had a storage unit there with my daughter for a year and a half and it seems like I have caught a few people breaking in to a unit and had to call cops I have even stayed all nite there to make sure units didnt get broke into. I have also had my b I'll ll messed up due to us paying at the box and them stating that they didn't receive it when I took pic th ures of us dropping off the payment and now they are trying to force us to use a credit card only because they have refused ed d to give us an address to mail a payment to again a new owner out of Illinois. This I know is NOT legal...this month is almost over and we still cant get them to give us an address to mail our payment to the new owner and they put a lock on our unit...its not our fault

Went there today. Grass overgrown into the gate. Tall grass grow covering our front door. Lots of broken doors and trash everywhere. Been there for 8 months. Was clean when we moved in and now it is extremely neglected. Place is now not safe. Grass growing everywhere including campers and a junk car with gras growing through the motor. Talked to management and don't know when they will get it fixed.

When they first took over the storage unit I understood price going up $30. However 5 months later without notice they jacked them up another $30. Then just wait for you to get behind enough on it so they can sell it out from under you. And It's next to impossible to talk to a manager.

Looks like a lot of new security cameras installed recently and a sturdy gate. I like how I can access my unit 24/7. Their tenant protection program is better for the money than other places I’ve looked at. Will continue to rent space here.

We've had a great experience with TSS. They are friendly and professional. They also have effective and convenient communications and an easy pay setup. Great customer service!

Charged us more than we agreed upon, then he Charged us again after we canceled. So now we're out $118 PLUS an overdraft fee, even though we told him we had moved everything out.

Changed ownership yet said nothing to me. I kept checking my bill to see what I owed and even called in and they said I had no balance! now after 2 months I get a bill for 2 months which they said I didn't have! Smh. They cannot even bill me right

This storage units are getting broke into and the units being rummaged through. We’ve had them do it twice to our unit. Nothing has been changed to deter this behavior, like a higher fence and/or barb wire on the top of the fence. I would suggest not using this facility unless the security measures are stepped up. The owners have a responsibility to secure the outside perimeter of the facility and they are not doing so.

Somebody cut my padalock and replaced it with another. I've called like a hundred times and no one calls back! I'm paid up until 1/13/19!
