Very frustrating service dept….. they texted with an offer to text back anytime to check in. I texted them 3 hours later and 4 hours later. No response on either. Finally called. Had to wait another hour for shuttle (which wasn’t that big of a deal). Upon returning found out that the transfer case isn’t covered under power train. If it’s not covered then what is?! I’ll take my service elsewhere. Crummy experience.

I usually get my truck taken care of (I have a 2010 and 2020 F150). But these folks are just too busy!! No one can usually give me a straight answer about service. Last time I went in to get my 2020 from the service department, no one knew anything about it, couldn't find the truck or the ticket. Eventually they found the truck, but no paperwork. I miss the days of service and folks that cared and knew what is going on:(

Got a good vehicle. Their follow-through following a sale thus far has been poor. If you get Max, I'd recommend going across the street and finding someone else that is willing to supply the right information, or seek it out if they don't know for certain.

The fastest in and out at a car dealership Ive ever experienced. They were super helpful in a time of need and provided options. I was very impressed and felt like they were working for me and not just trying to earn a sale. Evan was amazing and really listened.

This is an Automobile Dealership that has class, integrity, and concern for offering customers exactly what they want. Great Sales Team and they take time to listen to what "you" want and clearly understand how to get what you want. Brian Horton was very professional and made me a very happy and completely satisfied customer. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Went in to use about $210 in rewards points. I bought a new pickup truck in California to get those points and the Ford app showed them available but I couldn't figure how to use them. I called Noller Ford parts and they knew exactly what to do to use them. I picked out a few things on the phone while I was outside in my car. Walked in and everything was ready to go. I Signed their receipt and left with an armload off stuff. Sweet.

Great and responsive service. Got my truck finished a day early and cheaper than quoted. Would definitely recommend bought my truck from them and will only use them for it's service.

I had a great buying experience at Laird Noller Ford. The sales representative I worked with Griff Swank was very professional and did a great job on the sale. He was knowledgeable on the products and knew details on all the vehicles on the lot I asked about. He worked to get a vehicle that met my desires and within my price range. The finance experience was great as well and very efficient.I highly recommend Laird Noller for your next car or truck purchase.

Excellent customer service. If you are ever in an accident just call. They will help you deal with insurance. The work they did to my Jeep was great quality and they were fast. They will also keep you updated throughout the whole process.

Been thinking about buying a new car. Took my old car in for it's regular oil change and ended up test driving a new car. I was hoping they had the one I liked in Red and they did! So I got to test drive it. Great experience, not the hassle of former car buying days at all. Seemed so quick. Thank you Laird Noller for a great experience. Go see Barry Riddle, he will make you a great deal. And I love my new Explorer!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to look at a 2017 Dodge Journey that I was interested in when I was met by a salesman named Jim. He was nice but didn't seem informed on the vehicle or the fact that it was in an accident even though the carfax was on the website. I took the car for a test drive and liked it. When I returned, I informed Jom that I would take the car. I told him I already have financing lined up with my bank; I was lead to believe that the dealership could handle everything with my credit union. What they didn't tell me was they don't have the same access that my bank does a proceeded to submit a new application to my bank. This resulted in an unnecessary hard pull on my Credit. What I found out later was they submitted a new loan application to the bank. When I questioned Jim about this, I was told it's just something the computer does when they enter my information into the system, and it would not affect my credit which was a lie as my credit dropped as a result of the hard pull. When I dealt with the finance person to finalize the paperwork, he was insulting, and he didn't answer my question as to why my credit was pulled. I told him I really didn't appreciate the attitude and how rude he was being, then he proceeded to me. "No one is forcing you to buy a car" at that point; I walked out. After talking to Jim for a few minutes, I decided to buy the car because I already had a hard pull on my credit, but I refused to deal with the rude finance person. I was then introduced to the finance manager Sean who didn't seem very apologetic for how his finance people talked to me. He then proceeded to go over the extended warranty after several times of telling him I just wanted the Gap insurance. He seemed a little annoyed. He was significantly pushy. I almost walked out a second time overall; I would not recommend anyone to this dealership.

Laird Noller is a fair, honest and high-quality dealership. My wife and I have bought 5 or 6 cars from them and we have always been treated very well. All of the sales people are good, Gene is our favorite. We bought a used truck from them late one night a few months ago with the price fully negotiated. In the morning they noticed the tires were poor. They put on a new set at their cost to make sure the vehicle was safe. That is why we do business with them. The service dept is top notch. Again, everyone is very good, but Steve is outstanding. I really appreciate how he treats my family. Good service at reasonable costs. I usually don’t buy the extended warranty on any car. At another dealership in Topeka a few years ago I was asked 17 times to buy the extended warranty - I counted. I was not happy. If you tell Laird Noller once that is enough - they don’t hound you. Just our experience over 15-20 years.
