You open at 7:30am, right? Soooo...why, when i call at 7:23am, didn't anyone answer the phone? I know you're there. Pick up the phone guys. I'll be in for doughnuts shortly. Make sure ron is on the ball. Lol. Everyone at the Topeka location is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you with all your HVAC/R needs.

Pros: Excellent service. Employees have a vast knowledge base. Parts you need but can only find from specialty wholesalers. No "cheap cr@p" tools or parts in sight. Completely willing to order the part you need. Would highly recommend to anybody in the Plumbing or HVAC field. Prices are excellent for the quality.
Cons: prices not listed on shelf-tags; a minor inconvenience.
