Isaiah and QUE were a big help. Bought our first gun here and definitely going to be back for any future purchases, whole store/ employees are better than Academy(fuhhucck academy) and actually teach you how to hold, clean and load a fire arm. Definitely recommend. They honor the “integrity” of the business.

I went and bought a gun took it home and cleaned it and the cover would not go back on and when I called them and took it back within 2 hours of leaving he said I can hit it with a mallet to go in it’s an ak dust cover it shouldn’t be like that then they told me to call the manufacturer and email them and have them fix it I just walked out the store why should I email a Romain company when they I just bought it never even chambered a round they must of knew it didn’t work or they didn’t check when I call up the manufacture they said it sound like I’m not installing it properly when I take it to the store they say it’s the manufacture problem I spend $1000 to get the run around not professional at all

I've been coming here since they opened. My family knows the owner from homebuilding here in topeka.I always loved seeing what all they have acquired.But the last few months my family and I have been cleaning out the house of a passed family member.. we don't nessasaroly need money just to get rid of things quickly .The problem I've had is one individual who has the worst attitude. He wears a cowboy hat and acts really grumpy and unwelcoming like he hates being there.I don't know if he just hates me but I've brought in a 1200 bow and he said they don't buy bows.... even though they have 4 or 5 for around 120.I brought in knives ...having sold over 50 here before... but now that this guy's here they don't buy buck knives..... even though there are some in the case worth a quarter of what mine are.He said they only buy firearms and powertools...which is odd considering they have alot to sell other than that.I think they are extremely overstocked due do an unhappy employee with no enthusiasm to sell or buy. Unless he knows exactly what it is or finds it on ebay basically anyone with google can price your stuff....nothing custom made by buck himself on a trip to arizona ...he doesnt know what turquoise or jade handles are....lol ...No smiles, your are just an obstacle keeping him from getting through his day doing nothing. Go somewhere else and let this business be welcoming again.Btw cap pawn bought all my stuff because it has value. Just like taxidermy....They even bough5 a Dimond ring you said was not real.The guys a virus and really wants to be the grumpy guy from pawn stars or walker Texas rangers partner.He acts so sad like he hates being there so he's gonna make it that way for everyone.

The staff is always polite and very friendly and are more than happy to spend time answering all of my questions about firearms and making it easy for someone who knows nothing about firearms to understand

I Gave 3 stars because they have a nice store and there customers seem happy both times I came in but me and my mother who is 72 came in to get a pawn loan I brought 300 in tools and she brought 300 dollar solid gold earrings I bought her from Zales We agreed on 50 total for both which honestly wasn't great after the paper work he handed me 10 bucks and my mom 20 which honestly made me and my mother feel like crack heads which between the both of us we do not even have a speeding ticket I was told my tools are less valuable because there loose in a tool bag.... Interesting beware of tool bags they devalue your tools ... After talking he did agree upon the original 50 for both ... I understand the interesting people that come in everyday but not everyone is a crackhead... And if it's not valuable tell me hey I don't want to disrespect you with such a low offer ... That's what every other pawn shop I ever delt with would say.... Not saying don't shop there but honestly I will not again

I was looking for my first handgun and after checking some local dealers here in Emporia I decided to check out some in Topeka. Integrity Gun & Pawn was my first and turned out only place I had to shop there. I got helped by Jake, he listened to what I was looking for and made a suggestion about the Hellcat. I was not only impressed about the gun but also his knowledge about it and the advise he gave me. I bought the gun, holster and some ammo. I got a sweet deal and can't wait to go shooting.Because the government put me on a delay I had the opportunity to deal with all the guys in the store. I have to say that they were all very helpful every time I called and also when I picked up the gun. I would recommend them highly to anyone who is a first time buyer or a frequent buyer of guns.
