The only hotel close to our mother. It worked out perfect for us. Welcoming front desk attendant and very clean.Noteworthy details: We will return. We took pictures with the attendant. We surely hope to see her again.

160.00 for a 39.99 room at a place they said was under rehab. Hvac system was dysfunctional and had to be shut off . We had to make do with extra blankets. The breakfast didn't have bacon out nor biscuits & gravy nor eggs. The oatmeal was dried out. The coffee was ok. The orange juice machine was working. I went to the front desk & asked why there was nothing out & they acted Like they didn't know, but immediately went in & started putting things out.At the minimum they need an active manager on duty! There was no actual manager there. The staff was left to their own actions which was commonly a small group of women behind the wall of the front desk, cutting up like schoolgirls.With that said, once I had their attention, the attitude was actually very good.

Horrible customer service, room had hair all over the bathroom, no breakfast items or limited- cold cinnamon rolls and no microwave; tv shut on and off; staff wasnt trained and couldnt even make a key. NEVER STAY HERE!

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Picked this hotel due to its location and my direction of travel. Arrived late after a long day of traveling. Found the hotel under construction but with claims of clean rooms I stayed. Took 25 minutes to check in as the help did not know how to run the computer. I eventually ended up filling out a generic form. The directions to parking was completing on the opposite end of the hotel as my assigned room. The room was extremely dirty. The Climate control was turned off and room was stuffy, the sink in the bathroom was completely clogged, the tub had a mystery stain in the bottom, and was extremely filthy. There was constant construction noise from outside the window continuously throughout the night. The TV was broke, did not work at all. In the morning my half eaten bag of M&M's was covered in grease ants along with the entire counter they were set on. When I aired my concerns with the management upon waiting for their printer to get fixed for a receipt I felt nothing would ever changed here. I will not stay here or another Holiday Inn Express again. Ever. I stay at hotels 15 to 20 times a year on average. I would give them a lower score but google will not let me. Take my advice. Keep driving. There is better places down the road.

Beware- I would never stay here again. Stayed for one night and the entire place was dusty and dirty from construction and renovations. No milk available for breakfast and absolutely zero breakfast items were leftover at 8am I’m assuming because all of the workers doing the construction ate it all? I don’t know why else there would be no food for the “free breakfast”. My daughter didn’t want to get in the shower because of the rust spots and the giant metal piece missing from the spout. Would definitely not recommend.

The property was under construction when I stayed. Light bulbs hanging out the walls by the wires, plastic everywhere, front doors didn't work, etc.However, my room was fresh, clean, and nice.The staff was unique, to say the least. Most of them appeared to like modern chemistry (open sores, jittery, etc.) just a little too much.Needless to say, my company will not be using this particular location again.

Did not disclose they were under construction. Room was dirty, took over an hour to clean and check in. Then the air didnt work. The refrigerator didnt work. Had a football team come in and were rowdy. Construction noise started before 8:00. Banging on doors. Not even told there was breakfast until we were checkjng out. Terrible experience. Requested a call from manager since they were not on duty when we left.. still havent heard a word!! It was awful.

The staff here is amazing the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Gabe,Alyssa,Rachel,Miguel,Crystal. All very professional an kind. New renovated rooms look amazing more than worth the value. We chose the hotel for a quick trip, good location and pet friendly stay. Our room was good, the breakfast was great and we were able to keep our new puppy with us. It was a bit of a bummer when the room lacked a hair dryer, and the front desk person had to apologize to many guests for being overbooked.

Stayed for 3 nights on the top floor. Front desk staff was nice at check in. There was construction throughout the building that made the whole place dusty and dirty. The elevator made terrible noises and jerked. The 4th floor was finished for guests to use without construction noise. No pool (it was closed for some reason). Continental breakfast was decent with many options for those that don't eat meat. The last day there, we were advised by staff there were no clean towels or washcloths and would not be any available before our checkout the following morning. I'm not sure how you can run a hotel without clean linens and expect guests to use dirty towels/washcloths.Food & drinks: Starbucks available in the parking lot. Close proximity to Walmart and Dillon's. Continental breakfast had many options including tea, coffee, juices, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, and eggs.

My room was perfectly cleaned and everything looked nice. I didn’t stay for breakfast this time but I have before and it is a typical holiday inn breakfast but they have a nice spread. I came in late and left early this trip but will stay here again if I am in Topeka.Rooms: The house keepers did an amazing job on my room. The pillows are so comfortable the bed was pretty good.

Would not recommend. Long standing IHG member, did not have good experience. Rough odor in room. Given wrong room with 1 bed on arrival. Attendant would not change. Service was just fair at best. Construction also going on with forklift back up sirens going loud at 5:45am.

The room was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fair. I was excited about breakfast because they actually had cartons of milk to drink, but when I opened one, the milk was rotten. Apparently the kitchen staff unplugged the refrigerator the milk is in everyday but they do not take the milk out. The rates were fair.
