This is a very secure storage rental company. The owners are so very understanding and you can tell he is sincere considerate about situations that come when payment is late. This is the best as in customer service and secluded. Thanks Frontier Self Storage

Horrible experience with this storage facility. Many of my personal items got ruined and had to be trashed when the roof leaked in the facility and then flood waters came in as well. What wasn't ruined now smells of mold/mildew. So very frustrating when you put things in storage and think they will be kept safe, secure and like you left them.The manager Rick was wonderful to work with but the actual owners do not give a hoot about anything but the profit.

This has been the best place to work with and to store my overflow. The owners make sure their customers are well served. I feel like my things are well secured. Having things inside an actual building has been perfect for me.

Mold and brown recluse spiders. Might as well throw your stuff away rather then store it here and end up throwing it away anyways.

A good friend of mine stored her whole household here while buying and selling her home. When she closed on her home and went to pick up all her furniture and other personal belongings they were ruined from water damage and mold. Had MOLD growing like fingers on her stuff!! Unfortunately, she was unable to salvage any of it. She lost personal possessions that are irreplaceable and now must buy all new furniture to furnish her new home. Per the business, they are stating they are not responsible for damages. I'm heart broken for my friend. She is a single mother who has worked multiple jobs and sacrificed to be able to buy her own home for her and her children and now, because of this business's crappy facilities, she's basically lost everything she owns! When you PAY hard earned money to store your belongings, you expect them to at the VERY LEAST remain dry and free of water, mold, mildew damage. I'm hoping that by reading this review, others will forego using this facility and prevent loosing their stuff like my friend did. What a shame!! Have pride in your business and provide a reputable service... Fix leaks, standing water and mold issues!!

Avoid like plague! If you want your stuff covered in mold go ahead and save your money and throw it out in the alley with a blue tarp over it. Too many people have lost everything because of the shoddy building and shameful business practices. Owners could care less.
